Gottlieb Biedermann and his wife live a comfortable life, thank you very much. Their one complaint is all this noise about someone setting fires all over the city, and those silly people who keep letting it happen. But when an unexpected visitor takes up residence in the Biedermann home, Gottlieb finds he has some questions like, “who are you?” and, “why are you here?” and, “what’s up with all the gasoline drums in the attic?” But it might be impolite to ask...
A contemporary translation catapults the 1950s absurdist play into vivid, living color, and asks, “If the thought of radical change scares you more than the thought of disaster, what can you do to stop the disaster?”

The cast list for this semester’s production of Macbeth is going up any moment, and everyone just knows Rachel will be cast as Lady M... until the cast list arrives with first-year Hailey in the role of Shakespeare’s murderous leading lady. When the senior girls throw a pre-rehearsal party to celebrate the new cast, games are played, shots are poured, and the teeth come out. Directed and designed by student artists, this college-age story of friendship, ambition, jealousy, and manipulation is worthy of the bard himself.

Speak of the Devil... As Scratch sets his sights on souls of the citizens of the tiny town of Edmonton, desires and rivalries smolder, scald, and burst into flames. But when the hard and fast rules for his art of the deal run up against the outcast “witch” Elizabeth, the Devil may find he's met his match. Set between the poles of sinful hope and mutable despair, Jen Silverman's Witch is a dark comedy asking tricky questions about what—and who—we're willing to set alight in the fires of our desire. Amid the ashes we just might ask, "What if there is something amazing ahead and all we have to do is burn down everything we know to get it?”
